1. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. Anyone eligible to enter may do so by following the instructions given below on how to enter: To be eligible to win you must complete the form shown above and click on "submit" to enter. Incomplete and invalid entries will be disqualified. All Entries become the property of Nature Chest. Limit: 1 entry per person/per household 2. Contest Period: The Contest starts the first day of each month at 12:00AM (CST) and ends on the 25th day of each month, at 11:59PM (CST). 3. Eligibility: To be eligible to win the prize in this Contest, you must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the 50 states of the United States of America (including the District of Columbia} with a shipping address inside the United States. Delivery outside the United States not available with this contest. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Nature Chest, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in this Contest. 4. Drawing: The Winner of the contest will be selected, at the SOLE discretion of the Nature Chest from all eligible entries received before the last day of the month deadline that meet the Contest Period criteria. All decisions by the Nature Chest are final and binding in all respects on all applicants, and applicants expressly waive all grounds to sue based on the selection process. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 5. Notification: The Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or by telephone. Winner has 10 days to contact us to give an address to ship the bird food to. Failure to respond within the 10 day time limit will disqualify the original winner and an alternate winner will be selected from the list of eligible entries. The Nature Chest will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items in shipping. Method of shipping to the contest winner will be chosen by Nature Chest. No replacements will be shipped. 6. Prize: Varies with each running contest. 7. Contest Conditions: This Contest is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Entities and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules.
