Contest Official Rules:
1. How to Enter:
To be eligible to win you must send an email to naturechest@hotmail.com with "Summer Beach Towel Contest" in the subject line, and include a valid first and last name, physical address, city, state, zip code; a valid email address, and phone number. Incomplete and invalid entries will be disqualified. All Entries become the property of The Nature Chest.
Limit: 1 entry per person/per household/per email
2. Contest Period:
The Contest starts on August 1, 2006 12:00AM (CST) and ends on August 31, 2006 at 11:59PM (CST).
3. Eligibility:
To be eligible to win the prize in this Contest, you must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the 50 states of the United States of America (including the District of Columbia} with a shipping address inside the United States. Delivery outside the United States not available with this contest. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of The Nature Chest, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
4. Drawing:
The Winner of the contest will be selected, at the SOLE discretion of The Nature Chest from all eligible entries received before August 30, 2006 that meet the Contest Period criteria. All decisions by The Nature Chest are final and binding in all respects on all applicants, and applicants expressly waive all grounds to sue based on the selection process. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Notification:
The Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or by telephone. Winner has 14 days to respond with verification of valid shipping address for receipt of the prize. Failure to respond within the 14 day time limit will disqualify the original winner and an alternate winner will be selected from the list of eligible entries.

7. Contest Conditions:
This Contest is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Entities and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants agree that the Contest Entities shall not be responsible or liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participating in this Contest including lawsuits related to the subsequent use of the prizes awarded.
8. Limitations of Liability:
Contest Entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, bounced emails, or destroyed entries resulting from any reason. Contest Entities are also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or entering into the Contest, downloading any material for the Contest or other telecommunications malfunctions. Contest Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or destroy the website is not permitted, and Contest Entities reserve the right to seek any and all remedies permitted under civil or criminal law including, but not limited to, monetary damages, injunctive relief and costs for pursuing such an action (including reasonable attorney's fees).
9. Disclaimers:
This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If any prizes or prize notifications are returned as "undeliverable," an alternate winner will be selected from the list of eligible entries. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use the winner's name, photographs, likenesses, statements, biographical information, voices, and addresses (city and state) for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Contest Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize. The Contest Entities, in their sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant and refuse to award prizes, if entrant engages in any improper conduct. Such improper conduct, includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or prize claim or violating any term or condition stated herein. Entrant agrees that Contest Entities may void any prize that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that the forfeiture of prize(s) and/or return of any prize(s) shall in no way prevent Contest Entities from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct.
10. Winner Information:
The Winner of the Summer 2006 Beach Towel Contest will be posted on our web site at www.naturechest.com.
11. Liability:
If, for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized, intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Nature Chest which corrupts or affects the administration, security fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this giveaway, The Nature Chest reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the acceptance of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prizes allowed. This giveaway will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Alabama. By participating in the giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold The Nature Chest and its employees, representatives, affiliates, or subsidiaries, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
