Harrison's Organic Pellets

Under USDA National Organic Program guidelines, pet food labels are required to specify exactly which ingredients are certified organic and to be able to claim a Certified Organic status, the product must be made up of no less than 95% certified organic ingredients by weight. Harrisons diets meet these criteria.

To help assure freshness, it is recommended that Harrisons be kept in it's original reseal packaging. Refrigeration after opening may help maintain freshness. It's best to use Harrisons within 4-6 weeks after opening the bag.

Available in 1 and 5 pound size bags in High Potency Fine, High Potency Coarse, Lifetime Super Fine, Lifetime Fine, Lifetime Coarse, and Lifetime Coarse Pepper.

Harrison's Adult Lifetime Fine is sized for smaller birds such as Budgies, Cockatiels, small Conures, Quakers, Parakeets, Quakers, Ringnecks, and similar sized birds.

Harrison's Adult Lifetime Coarse and Lifetime Coarse Pepper (a fiery hot version of the Adult Lifetime Coarse) are larger size nuggets for medium to large birds such as larger Conures, Greys, Amazons, Cockatoos, Macaws, and similar sized parrots. If your smaller bird likes to hold it's food in it's foot while it eats, you may want to try the Coarse or Coarse Pepper rather than the Fine even for the smaller parrots.

Harrison's High Potency diets can be used as a year-round diet for most pet birds and is recommended as a year round diet for African greys, Green-wing & Hyacinth Macaws, Queen of Bavaria Conures and Palm Cockatoos. Also as a special use diet for molting birds, overweight & underweight birds, weaned birds under the age of 6-8 months, sick birds, and birds with special needs.
