All orders placed from outside the US, including orders shipping to a US address but placed from outside the US, are considered international orders and should be placed through the International Checkout.
Orders shipping to a freight forwarder or international shipper should be placed through International Checkout. Any exceptions would need to be pre-approved by us before placing your order, and may be limited to existing customers who were previously approved by our store.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International Checkout ships our products worldwide. Just enter the items into your basket, choose International Checkout, enter the type of credit card you will be using, then choose your country from the drop down list to proceed with your order. Our partner International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world and can also include APO / FPO addresses if you wish. If your country does not allow bird food products to be received, those items cannot be shipped due to your country's restrictions.
If you have a question about an international order to place, or that has been placed, please contact International Checkout as the Nature Chest does not have any information or tracking for international orders placed through our web site. International Checkout handles all aspects of international ordering.
**NOTE - All shipping is based on the weight, dimensional size, and postal code for your order. To find out the cost of shipping, simply choose your items, place them in your basket and proceed to checkout through the International Checkout. Enter your shipping information and proceed to find out the shipping fees.
**Customers in Australia, Finland, and Norway, are not able to receive any bird food items of any kind into their country.
The Nature Chest Bird Shop has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option at checkout. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by US or International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Packages shipping to locations outside of the United States are subject to the destination country's duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. Duties and taxes are mandated by your country, not by our company. The customer is responsible for paying these additional charges. Some or all of these duties, taxes, and fees may or may not be included in the shipping cost when checking out. Contact International Checkout for any questions you may have concerning these fees.
