Roudybush PelletsRoudybush pellets for birds have been around a long time serving the needs of our pet birds. We have been feeding Roudybush to all of breeders as well as our pet birds for many years with excellent results. Most Roudybush pellets are available in 22 ounce, 44 ounce, and 10 pound size bags, and 10 pound size Buckets.Regular Roudybush maintenance is 7% crude fat minimum and Roudybush Low-Fat is 3% crude fat minimum. Roudybush Rice Pellets are 3.5% crude fat minimum. Pellet Sizes shown are not actual sizes but are to be used as a comparison between the different sizes.
The above size recommendations are only guidelines to help you choose the best size for your bird. Since birds differ in their preferences of sizes of food, your bird may prefer a different size than what is recommended. For instance if your Conure prefers holding its food to eat, you may wish to try the Small Size Roudybush rather than the Mini.

Since birds differ in their preferences of sizes of food, your bird may prefer a different size than what we recommend. Roudybush's labels recommend feeding larger sizes than we do. We have found with our birds, feeding smaller pellets reduces waste.

Crumble size diets can be given to small birds such as Finches, Canaries, Budgies, Parakeets, Cockatiels, smaller Quaker, etc. Available in 22 and 44 ounce, and 10 pound size bags or buckets of Maintenance; and 44 ounce size bags in Low Fat diets.
Mini size diets can be given to Cockatiels, Conures, Quakers, Ringnecks, Senegals, etc. Available in 22 and 44 ounce, and 10 pound size bags or buckets of Maintenance; and 44 ounce size bags in Low Fat diets.
Small size diets can be given to larger Conures, Jardines, Amazons, African Greys, smaller Cockatoos, etc. Available in 22 and 44 ounce, and 10 pound size bags or buckets of Maintenance; and 44 ounce size bags in Low Fat diets.
Medium size diets can be given to larger Cockatoos and Macaws. The Large size diets can also be fed to the larger Cockatoos and Macaws. Available in 44 ounce, and 10 pound size bags or buckets of Maintenance; and 44 ounce size bags in Low Fat diets.
Large size diets are appropriate for the largest Cockatoos and Macaws and are available only in 44 ounce and 10 pound size Maintenance bags at this time. By speical order only. |

Roudybush Small Rice PelletsSmall sized Roudybush Rice special care formula is available in a 18 ounce size bag.Roudybush's Rice formula is for birds who may be allergic to corn based pellets and seed mixes and who may feather pick, multilate, or otherwise destroy their feathers. Birds can have food allergies just as we humans can, and often a food allergy may manifest itself in feather picking or destruction by the bird. Corn can sometimes cause or trigger these food allergies and Roudybush has developed a rice based diet for these special birds. We recommend you have your bird checked by a qualified Avian Veterinarian to be sure there is not another medical reason for feather problems as well. Mini sized Roudybush Rice is appropriate for all small to medium sized hookbill parrots such as large Conures, Amazons, Greys, Cockatoos, and similar sized birds up to Macaws. Ingredients: rice, rice bran, rice protein concentrate, dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, and other vitamins and minerals.
