Once received by our secure system, your credit card information is only kept on the secure server for a limited number of days while we process and ship your order, and then it is completely erased from the system.
Although ordering on our web site is a very safe and secure way to order from us, if you prefer to call us to place your order, our store is open Tuesday through Friday, from 10:00 until 5:00 central time to take your order over the phone. |
Please note that most bird toys are non-returnable items for health reasons, so if you have questions about a toy, or need help selecting one for your feathered friend, please feel free to e-mail us or give us a call at our bird store.
