Free Economy Shipping Policy

NOTE: You must enter the coupon code FREESHIPPING into the coupon code box below your order and click the parrot to apply the coupon in order to receive any free shipping credit. To qualify for Economy Free Shipping your order should be at least $75 after any coupons or savings have been applied, or before any tax has been added. We often run special qualifying amounts lower than the standard throughout the year, so be sure to sign up for our email newsletter to get special shipping events delivered to your inbox.

Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped by a shipping method chosen by us and may be shipped UPS Economy Ground or through the post office.

Any items out of stock may not be back ordered. A credit will be given for any unavailable items.

Free shipping may not be available at all times for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii. Puerto Rico, outlying US Islands, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Free shipping is not available for International Orders.

Any pre-approved returns will have original outbound shipping fees deducted from any monies due for credit or refund. Return shipping fees are not paid by the Nature Chest. See our return policies for complete information - see info here.

Free shipping applies to orders shipping to a valid address inside the United States and may exclude Alaska, Hawaii at this time. Free shipping is not currently available to address in Puerto Rico and Outlying US Islands. not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or any International Order; and may not be available to US P.O. boxes as well.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise and original outbound shipping fees that were paid by us to ship your order by Economy free Sipping to you initially will be deducted from any refund or credit.
